Heads up my friends,
This week I will be spoiling you with various recipes from Batak Tribe, my tribe. As probably some of you already knew that we Batak are using andaliman pepper in almost every dish we have: fish, meat, sambal, you name it. You will get to know more about my tribe, and why we are using so much of this andaliman pepper, and getting the recipes too?? How is that not sound fantastic to you? Some of the upcoming recipes are simplified(mostly due to the fact that some spices are not so easy to be found) and some are my own new(and rather modern) recipe. But Everything has been tested on my kitchen, and I’ve had at least 7 guinie pigs that tasted my food ha ha ha.. everyone are still alive and kicking, and they are all happy to know that I will be cooking more of Batak food for them 😀
